They say inspiration is the key element to action, for the staff of SMCP it was time to see “la vie en rose”. Creating a playful moving illustration they can relate to, a staff member is transported to the streets of Paris, immersed in the chic Parisian style and fashion driven atmosphere. The idea was to really understand the brands ethos and point of difference here in Asia. Incorporating in house promotions into the video, such as personalised additions offered to VIP clients, for example purchase delivery, option of a personal stylist, birthday incentives and personalisation of purchased items like alterations or initial imprinting. The story board of the illustrations were also later used within the store as promotional cues for the staff members
