Serviced Apartments ‘The Nate’ wanted to provide their guests with a souvenir that would associate with the overall sentiment of the place as well as it’s location. Combining comfort with a recognisable memento was the intended notion. Deciding on gifting their guest with a luxurious bathrobe left us with thinking up an illustration that wouldn’t be generic, like a logo, but instead a playful hint to the place itself. Being that the serviced apartments were located next to Kowloon Park, we drew inspiration from the animals within the park, fixating on the beautifully vibrant Flamingo’s. Making the decision to use green instead of the obvious pink was to draw reference to the park and the surrounding greenery about the building, whilst also keeping it gender neutral.
